Years ago I had an “ahhh-haaaa” moment as Oprah would say when she spoke about gratitude and keeping a gratitude journal. The concept has really reprogrammed myself to focus on what I am grateful for. My husband and I touch base from time to time on the subject of wants/needs and we are so thankful that we don’t feel like we are missing anything in life as we are really happy where we are and who we are. It is so freeing to feel good just where you are at and not coveting after something else.

Amy Poehler shared a great message on gratitude. She reminds us to be grateful for the gifts we have been given. What a great reminder that we are all gifts and what a wonderful thing to be grateful for.
