Super food Saturday

This week is a run focus week which means I have a little more times on my hands today.  It’s not yet noon but my day has been filled with super foods that are keeping my energy high so I can go volunteer at Rancho Coastal Humane Society before enjoying an afternoon nap!  Here’s a glimpse on what is fueling me so far this morning if you are looking to add clean plant nutrition into your life!

Pre run nutrition

Energy bites (left bowl)

Post 9 mile run and 20 minute walk

Beat, carrot & apple juice

Post shower

Green smoothie
