Vegan Fuel

I love using food as fuel.  I’ve learned over the years to add in lots of good nutrients and it ends up crowding out the empty nutrient foods.  Don’t get me wrong, I will treat myself to something like a vegan cupcake once and awhile but I can tell the difference between the food that fuels me and the food that just fills me up temporarily.  Family and friends reach out to me for nutrition guidance, vegan or not, so if you feel you would like help turning your food into fuel I’d love to help you.  Please contact me and we can schedule a consultation.
Check out the Vegan Fuel drop down menu for Breakfast & Beverages, Meals and Snacks & Supplement ideas. You will see I like to work with minimal ingredients that don’t always require a set recipe to follow. Creativity is fun in the kitchen!

Our Kitchen Staples: Ground flax seed, chia seed, hemp seed, almond milk, coconut water, pure maple syrup, agave nectar, coconut oil, nuts, seeds, oats, dates, quinoa, brown rice, beans, lentils, fruit, vegetables and Vega protein powder.
