I love using food as fuel. I’ve learned over the years to add in lots of good nutrients and it ends up crowding out the empty nutrient foods. Don’t get me wrong, I will treat myself to something like a vegan cupcake once and awhile but I can tell the difference between the food that fuels me and the food that just fills me up temporarily.
